By engaging DuskLX, you agree to these terms. DuskLX is a freelance design studio offering corporate identity, websites, apps, branded merchandise, and AI automation.
We do not publish fixed pricing. Every engagement is scoped through a custom quote based on your project brief. Work begins once you accept the quote in writing and the agreed terms (including scope, timeline, and deliverables) are confirmed.
Each quote defines the deliverables and the number of revision rounds included in your engagement. We collaborate closely to refine the work within that scope.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope (additional deliverables, extra revision rounds, or new directions) are handled as a separate quote before any further work proceeds.
Payment is made against invoices we issue for the agreed engagement. Invoice schedules, milestones, and due dates are set out in your accepted quote.
Work and final files are released according to the payment schedule, and outstanding invoices must be settled before final delivery.
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and any assets, content, or approvals we need to keep the engagement on schedule.
You confirm that any materials you supply (logos, copy, images, or trademarks) are yours to use, and that our delivered work will be used in compliance with applicable laws.
Ownership of the final, approved deliverables transfers to you upon receipt of full payment for the engagement. Until then, all work product remains the property of DuskLX.
We may retain underlying tools, pre-existing materials, and the right to feature completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
DuskLX delivers services with professional care, but to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
