DuskLX uses Supabase Auth to manage client portal accounts, with credentials handled securely and never stored in plain text.
Client data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies within Supabase PostgreSQL, restricting access exclusively to authenticated user contexts. We follow a least-privilege model, granting only the access required to deliver your engagement.
All data exchanged with our site and client portal is encrypted in transit using TLS. Client files and project assets are stored securely within Supabase, accessible only to authorized contexts tied to your engagement.
We retain project files only as long as needed to deliver and support your work, and we remove them on request in line with our Privacy Policy.
