1. Information We Collect

DuskLX is a freelance design studio. We collect only the information we need to scope, deliver, and support your engagement. Depending on how you work with us, this may include:

• Quote & Project Details: Your name, email, phone number, company, and the project brief you share through our quote wizard so we can prepare an accurate proposal.
• Client Portal Account Data: Email, name, and encrypted credentials managed securely via Supabase Auth when you create a portal account to track milestones and review deliverables.
• Project Files & Assets: Logos, brand references, copy, media, and other materials you provide or that we create together during an engagement.
• Cookies & Usage Data: Cookie preferences and basic site usage signals collected with your consent to operate the site and satisfy privacy directives (such as CCPA, PDPL, and GDPR).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to deliver the engagement you have requested: preparing quotes, producing design and development work, managing your client portal, and communicating with you about your project.

We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Information is disclosed only to the trusted service providers required to run our studio, and only to the extent needed to deliver your work.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site functional and to remember your preferences. Non-essential cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner.

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time, and you can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Client data and portal accounts are stored securely in Supabase, with access restricted to authenticated contexts. We retain project information only for as long as needed to deliver your engagement and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. On a deletion request, we remove your profile and associated project records, retaining only what we are legally required to keep.
